Stock bricks are traditional clay bricks produced using either moulded or pressed manufacturing methods. Moulded stock bricks are formed by compressing clay into a sanded mould before being turned out for drying and firing. Pressed stock bricks are created using a specialised mechanical press, resulting in a consistent shape with a distinctive textured finish.
The production process gives stock bricks their characteristic irregular surface and natural variation, making them well suited to traditional housing developments, restoration projects and architectural builds requiring visual depth and texture.
