If you follow our social pages, you will most likely have seen us posting about Cowgills’ North West Homebuilder Awards, which took place on 20th June. The Brick Specialists were happy to be involved, supporting the event as a Partner Sponsor. We thought we would share some key info on the event and why it is so important.
What?
The North West Homebuilder Awards aim to put the spotlight on small-to-medium sized homebuilders. The first of its kind in the UK, Cowgills have created an event that acknowledges the industry as well as uplifting it.
A panel of industry leaders judged nominee submissions across 10 categories
- Larger Housing Scheme of the Year
- Smaller Housing Scheme of the Year
- Smaller Apartment Scheme of the Year
- Larger Apartment Scheme of the Year
- Supported/Senior Project of the Year
- Conversion of the Year
- Placemaking Project of the Year
- Community Impact Project of the Year
- Rising Star
- Homebuilder of the Year
The whole team looked forward to the event. Cowgills even brought in Manc legends Rowetta and Clint Boon for the evening entertainment, all hosted by Will Mellor.
It is also a not for-profit event! This year’s charity partner was the NSPCC, a UK charity aiming to help and support children and young people. All of the proceeds made on the night went towards supporting the charity.
It was a great night and we are over the moon to have been sponsoring.
